Scouting Assistants

I have an engagement shoot coming up and decided to scope out a couple locations with the help of my not so trustworthy assistants.  I set out fully expecting an adventure and was not disappointed.  It's a good thing they are cute.

My favorite shot of the day came not during the actual shoot but while we were waiting for our lunch. I really love window light. 

2011 Favorite

While 2011 was a year of incredible growth for me as a photographer, seeing the Eiffel Tower light up was my favorite memory and photo.  Not to diminish the great experiences I had photographing three very beautiful young ladies (no boys yet!), but I have waited my entire life to visit Paris and it was well worth the wait.

2011 also marks the start of my professional life as a photographer. No longer is this just a hobby.  I am still figuring out the logistics but I am officially the proud owner of Nicole Reid Photographer, LLC and scared and excited in almost equal measure.
